Atypical. We Are All Atypical And That Makes Us Desirable.
Why am I not your typical business coach? Because I’m me, and my experiences, desires, values, skills and beliefs are different than the next coach. As hers are from the one after her.
Someone told me the other day that I’m atypical.
They said I was not like your other coaches, and they’d never seen what I do anywhere else before.

Sure, I do things differently.
For instance, you don’t typically see so much structure, tools, and processes in most coaching programs, but I couldn’t imagine not having these because they make everything so much easier to follow.
I also cover your business from head to toe – business model, offers, financials, sales, marketing, systems, processes and work planning. That’s also atypical, as most coaches have one focus. But that’s just how I’m wired – I want your experience to be complete.
I don’t ask you endless questions, but we get to work quickly, and I’m there doing it with you. I don’t mind telling you exactly what to do, in excruciating detail. But that’s what you want, and it’s helping you build your skills.
I love other coaches, and spend lots of time sharing, talking, and collaborating with them, because they aren’t there to steal my clients. They make me better and give me perspective.
I feel your business, just like you feel it. I sense your anguish, or frustration, and your wins feel like mine. And I don’t mind sharing mine with you either, because we have a relationship. I don’t know any other way.
I’m atypical, but that doesn’t make me better or worse. It makes me, me. It means I’ve designed my own way to take you on your journey, and it’s based on two decades of experience, and my own trial and error.
I’m atypical, and I like it like that.
We’re all atypical, and that makes us desireable. It makes us unique and understandable, and relatable to those who we want to attract. Double down on that. Make it your calling card. Be a juxtaposition in the best way possible.
Tell me in the comments…
How are you atypical? How can you use that to your advantage? How can you make that shine brighter than everything else in your business?
