Wrong, actually. This exact quote came out of my client’s mouth just a few days ago, accompanied with a chuckle at how ludicrous this sounded. ⠀ ⠀

Ludicrous, but true.⠀ ⠀

Last week I was talking to her in the morning and she had just booked three new clients in three hours. ⠀ ⠀

She sells one-on-one services, and they are not dime-a-dozen. She’s selling to people who are investing in themselves.⠀ ⠀

So why is she so surprised?⠀ ⠀

Because five months ago, she was making a third of what she’s making now. She felt the struggle to constantly chase down business. She wondered daily if she was going to make a go of it, how to get more clients, how to get new clients, and was looking for ideas to increase sales.⠀ ⠀
