That’s it. Easy, right?

You’re already an expert in your field. You’ve already got oodles of training, years of experience, and lots of things to say. If you’ve chosen to do what you’re really, really good at, then all you have to do is do it, and do it well.

Be obsessed with your delivery. Be totally devoted to your customer’s experience. Do more than you think they would expect. Listen, make them feel heard, and never stop thinking about how you could make what you do even better.

The rest will happen for you, because those people you serve? They know lots of other people who also know lots of other people. They will tell those people about the incredible experience they had, plus, since you delivered so much incredible value, they will be happy to oblige when you ask them for testimonials or referrals.

You’ll also have tons of great experiences to write about in the content you produce, and a whack of confidence, which will make your content believeable and compelling.

Give that shit away … use your special powers to help people who can’t afford to work with you. They also know people, and you’ll feel fantastic about helping.

Believe me, when your ideal clients find something good, they will tell everyone. Nothing sells better than a referral.

You have to be relentless in the pursuit of your excellence, and that means delivering over and over so you can find new and exciting ways to delight your customers.
